An NDA in this case would be an agreement between the individual or his company and the software vendor. If there is none, then no harm no foul (at least from a legal standpoint).Tim Grimmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08379049464914782544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11441755.post-30391936368067000462012-03-26T15:16:18.223+01:002012-03-26T15:16:18.223+01:00Wow never seen David Light get this upset about so...Wow never seen David Light get this upset about something, obviously this blogger is in the wrong. Wasn't hard to find out who this is, and I've now removed him from my sidebar. To be honest it's a really ugly looking site. Even journalists should have some design sense, don't you think ?Andy Milburnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03292205727891265423noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11441755.post-68695846810000233602012-03-24T16:13:27.768+00:002012-03-24T16:13:27.768+00:00What strikes me as funny, is i like blogging about...What strikes me as funny, is i like blogging about work, because i consider the small community of us sort of a team, that work and feed off one another. "You heard it here first!" Really? Who freaking cares?

Sadly, there is often misleading or misrepresenting information on that blog too. Ive gotten a few emails from consultants who have seen things on there, and had questions, and ive had to explain that it is one of the ones you DONT want to get information from.

But i digress. You are right, David, its completely stupid. More stupid is that the poster thinks its valid that he got the stuff *anonymously.* Thats false. He either stole it, or it was transmitted to him, which can be traced. I would die laughing if they went after him for it.Aaron Mallerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08146075275463175361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11441755.post-43011742784206859782012-03-24T16:13:21.531+00:002012-03-24T16:13:21.531+00:00What strikes me as funny, is i like blogging about...What strikes me as funny, is i like blogging about work, because i consider the small community of us sort of a team, that work and feed off one another.
